Location in the medieval quarter ideal for getting around, managed by competent and welcoming people, with special attention to the guest. Excellent cleanliness and the Modenese flair of the owner delights guests with a breakfast of pastries and fresh baked goods; there is free parking a short distance away.

One of the highlights of this wonderful stay was definitely the welcome. Welcoming us to the property was Gianluca, who generously and with great passion illustrated the various attractions of Viterbo and its surroundings to us. Everything was embellished by the story of the city's history. As for the room, we appreciated the attention to detail and the excellent cleanliness. A special mention goes to the breakfast, the fresh products and the attention to gluten-free ones were excellent. At this property, we found professionalism, kindness, cleanliness, and a lot of good taste. The owner, Patrizia, and her husband were very kind; they provided us with many useful tips for visiting everything there was to see in the medieval area of Viterbo, as well as directions to some beautiful villages near the city. Regarding the property, we stayed in two beautiful rooms, well-organized, tastefully furnished, and with particular attention to hygiene. The table was set perfectly for breakfast in the morning, all in lilac tones, a beautiful sight that delighted us. An experience we will definitely repeat, and we highly recommend it.

On the occasion of the Santa Rosa celebrations, I would like to thank Ms. Patrizia on behalf of my whole family and myself. We spent a peaceful vacation in Viterbo in her very welcoming B&B, where absolutely nothing was missing. We appreciated the convenient location within the ancient streets of Viterbo, not far from a public parking lot and a private one (where there is an ancient oil mill that actively produces excellent oil). What really made the difference was the human aspect and the presence of Patrizia, a truly capable young woman, who, together with her husband, made us feel welcomed and even at "home". Excellent! We were in Viterbo for one night. The B&B is comfortable and easy to reach. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, so we found ourselves sharing an entire house with the friends who accompanied us on vacation. Comfortable beds, choice of pillows, beauty kit in the bathroom, in addition to shampoo, conditioner, creams, and intimate wash... Abundant and varied breakfast We had a good time, and we liked Patrizia's hospitality.

I 100% confirm the positive reviews. The owner, Patrizia, is fantastic, welcoming, and very nice. The room is enchanting, very clean, and furnished with a truly splendid, almost Provençal taste. Perfect location for walking around the center. A special mention for the breakfast: delicious and with amazing homemade pastries made by Patrizia herself! Highly recommended.

I arrived in Viterbo with a group of friends, and we stayed in this delightful B&B in the heart of the medieval district. The welcome from the owners was truly kind; the rooms were very quiet in historically significant buildings that have been skillfully restored where "nothing is missing!" From the establishment, all the city's monuments can be reached on foot, and you truly feel immersed in history. Excellent breakfast with homemade products and pleasant conversations rich in valuable travel advice with the owner. Highly recommended!!!!

Everything is perfect. The owner was very kind and extremely helpful in advising us on a comprehensive itinerary for the little time we had available. The room was delightful, very cozy, spotless, and well-furnished. The B&B is located in the medieval district, and everything worth seeing is easily reachable on foot. Magnificent! Ideal quiet location in beautiful historical Viterbo, rooms are very comfortable with nice personal touches, everything carefully decorated and designed for welcoming hosts. Above all Patrizia is a great host always attentive and responsive. She even helped our group of 6 find transportation back to Rome during a train strike.

A very pleasant stay in the center of the old town of Viterbo. The room was comfortable, well-appointed, quiet and exceptionally clean. Good shower and wi-fi. The hostess, Patrizia, is warm, welcoming, and an excellent communicator. She has three properties - we stayed in the one where breakfast is served in a room adjoining the bedrooms. Breakfast was ample, served at the time of our request. Tea and coffee are available at all times. The location is good for exploring the ancient town center and is less than a 15 minute walk from the train station. (By distance it looks like it shouldn't take that long, but the town is hilly and the cobblestones slow one down.). We were very pleased with our stay.
